To submit a data deletion request, please email support@dream-clothing.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Include your full name, email address associated with your account, and any additional account details that will help us verify your identity. Our support team will respond to confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days.
What Happens During the Deletion Process
Once we receive and verify your identity, we will review your account to identify all personal information associated with it. This includes your profile information, contact details, saved preferences, and communication history. We will also review your order history and transaction records.
Please note that certain information may be retained for legitimate legal, regulatory, or business purposes, including:

Timeline and Confirmation
The data deletion process typically takes up to 30 days from the date we receive and verify your request. You will receive email confirmation once your deletion request has been submitted and again when the deletion process is complete.
