Orders

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Since our products are made to order, we begin production quickly after your order is placed. Please contact us within 24 hours of ordering if you need to make changes. After that window, we may not be able to modify or cancel your order.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–5 business days, then shipped. Delivery times vary by location, domestic US orders generally arrive within 5–10 business days from the order date.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, you'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on items that arrive damaged or defective. Since each item is made to order, we're unable to accept returns for sizing issues, so please refer to our Size Guide before ordering.

My item arrived damaged ~ what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us at support@dream-clothing.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll make it right.

How do your products fit?
Check out our Size Guide for detailed measurements. Our garments are made by Bella Canvas and are known for their premium, comfortable fit.

How should I care for my garment?
To keep your print looking great, wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low. Avoid ironing directly on the print.
