Your satisfaction is our priority. Because every Dream Clothing item is made to order just for you, we have a focused return policy designed to be fair and transparent.
What We Accept
We accept return and exchange requests for items that are:
- Damaged upon arrival
- Defective in print quality or construction
- Incorrect items (wrong item sent)
What We Don't Accept
Because our products are custom-printed on demand, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered (please use our Size Guide before purchasing)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email us at support@dream-clothing.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and a clear photo showing the issue.
- We'll review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- If approved, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund ~ no need to return the original item.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
