These Terms of Service govern your use of dream-clothing.com (the "Site") and any purchases made through it. Dream Clothing reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Products & Print-on-Demand

All Dream Clothing products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Because each item is custom-produced at the time of purchase, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse or incorrect sizing. Please review our Size Guide carefully before ordering.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is collected at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for any additional fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

4. Order Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase by contacting support@dream-clothing.com. We cannot guarantee cancellations requested after this window.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Dream Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including logos, graphics, text, and product designs — is the property of Dream Clothing and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dream Clothing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
